Urgent Care, Ancillary Services, Specialists Opens February 17, 2020

University Hospitals opens its newest health center in Richland County on February 17.  The $17 million state-of-the-art outpatient health center in Madison Township, Richland County brings the highest quality healthcare to residents of that community.

The 30,000-square-foot ambulatory health center located at 1033 Ashland Road, Mansfield offers easy access from both St. Rt. 42 and St. Rt. 30.  It houses an urgent care which will be led by Patrick Vidrine, physician assistant.  Patrick has been integral in offering high quality care at Samaritan Medical Center’s Emergency Department in Ashland for several years. The urgent care will be open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Additional services available at Samaritan Richland Health Center include radiology for urgent care, general and outpatient radiology services, rehabilitation services and laboratory services.  Dr. Peck, Urologist, will see patients in his office on the second floor on Thursdays from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.  Health education seminars and a variety of screenings will be offered in the community room in the near future. Primary care physicians and other specialists will be added in coming months.

For emergency needs, other specialty care or inpatient care, Samaritan Medical Center in nearby Ashland stands ready to accept patients.
