Now, you can send a free message to an inpatient at Samaritan Hospital by simply filling out the form below. Your e-mail message will be printed out on decorative paper and hand delivered.

All messages will be delivered Monday through Friday, during business hours, (may be delayed during holidays). Please read all instructions and the disclaimer before sending an e-mail to a patient.

In order to deliver e-mail promptly and to the correct patient, please provide the following information (fields in blue are required). Please provide your phone number so that if your message is undeliverable, we may contact you.

Also, we cannot guarantee that your message will be delivered before discharge. We do not want your loved one to miss an important message that is better relayed over phone. Please reserve the e-mail greetings to get well or congratulations only!
