SA2 Collaborative is a local breast health program that offers…
- Screening services such as mammograms for under or uninsured women ages 40 – 64 years, residing in Ashland and surrounding counties;
- $5 gas vouchers to women who qualify for a free mammogram to offset the cost of transportation;
- Personalized case management, including follow up care;
- Education and community outreach events; and
- Mentoring opportunities through the "Women with Hope” Breast Cancer Survivor Support Group.
