We receive many requests for patient Medical Records, which are maintained by our Health Information Management (HIM) Department, open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. After hours Medical Records requests should be directed to the volunteers at the Reception Desk in the Hospital's Main Lobby.
All record requests, with the exception of x-ray films, will be fulfilled through HIM. This includes medical records from lab and cardiopulmonary. Patients needing access to x-ray films should report to the Radiology Department.
To find HIM, access the elevator in the Lobby of the Emergency Department Waiting Room. Take the elevator to the Basement. Once there, turn right and then make a left. There, you will find a window with a friendly member of our team ready to assist you!
