Patient Comments
Feedback, both positive and negative, from Samaritan Regional Health System patients about the quality of care received is very important. Negative comments identify areas for improvement, which we take to heart. Positive comments are a fitting tribute to the great talents, skills and compassion we offer the community, something for which we strive. The following comments were offered on recent Press Ganey surveys.
Radiology Comments
“The techs who completed the x-ray were great with my son. They took the time to show him parts of the x-ray - i.e. a bone, lung, heart shadow. This helped a great deal for him not to be scared. Thank You.”
“The physical space of the mammogram room is wonderful. The windows and view are beautiful and help make this particular procedure less stressful. Major kudos to the design team for creating a marvelous space.”
“The nurse called to make sure everything was Ok a couple days after I came home. She is so knowledgeable.”

We followed his advice and my daughter's injury was taken care of 2 days later. She is now on her way to healing and back to herself!!! Thanks!”
